I went for a root canal with Dr. Elizabeth Geisler. She was gentle and professional and made me feel comfortable during the procedure. Saw Dr. Geisler today, and to say I was nervous is an understatement. I seriously can’t believe how patient she was with me, and kind - I appreciated it so much. Everyone there was wonderful actually. I can’t say I WANT to go back but if I Had to, I know I’ll be in good hands. He made sure I was comfortable physically, gave me a neck pillow, and made sure I was completely pain free during my procedure. I really liked how he took his time explaining everything to me and let me know what was happening as the procedure was taking place. I am definitely a nervous person when it comes to dental procedures, Dr. Grossman was absolutely awesome and made me feel safe and comfortable. If you need a root canal, I recommend 10/10 for sure! I also found the staff to be very friendly, and the dental assistant to be super helpful and kind. The facility itself is beautiful as well. I hate going to the dentist. I'll bet you do too. My fears and apprehension about my appointment at Whitby Endodontics to fix a complex root canal mess in my mouth stopped at the front door. Receptionist Jennie was first class. Understanding, calming and made me feel welcome right away. Dr. Grossman was amazing! He is an expert at his job. He was kind, understanding and used his sense of humor. I knew I was in good hands with him. I highly recommend Whitby Endodontics if you are in need of dental work.
